The Company’s plan is for each Facility to have the initial capacity to hold at least forty beds and be approximately 46,000 square feet in size. Nobis Rehabilitation Partners, LLC will provide pre-opening, administrative, management and related services to each Facility.

MetroMake Rehab LLC plans to invest in four inpatient rehabilitation facility owned and operated by Nobis Hospital Investments LLC and Kennor Holdings L.P. the Hospitals are expected to be located in Oklahoma, Ohio, and Texas and will be constructed one at a time beginning in the third quarter of 2020. The objective of the Partnership will be to generate revenue from distributions from the Hospital Venture.
